You have questions about our community?  We hope to have an answer below but if we don't, please feel free to give the management company a call or contact them via E mail.  They will be happy to assist you with anything related to the services of our community.
 
  I have just moved into the community.  Who do I contact to get the access card needed to get into the pool and tennis court area?
  How much are the monthly assessments?
  Where do I get my Photo ID Card?
  Where do I find the amenity center hours and rules?
  Who do I contact to reserve the clubhouse or pavilion for a private party? What information should I have ready?
  One of the street lights is out near my home, who should I report this to?
  How often do the community lawn maintenance people tend to the common area grass?  Seems like some area are well tended while other areas are neglected.
  My neighbor has a dog that is a real nuisance.  Where do I start to get this problem looked at?
  How can I get on one of the committees that plans all the parties and events for the community?

Welcome home! To get your access card, you must schedule a New Homeowner Orientation.  To schedule an orientation, please call the Association office at 670-1400.  Due to the high volume of traffic, we cannot accommodate walk ins.  Please be sure to schedule your orientation in advance.
 
How much are the monthly assessments?

Where do I get my Photo ID Card?

Where do I find the amenity center hours and rules?

Who do I contact to reserve the clubhouse or pavilion for a private party? What information should I have ready?
Please contact the Association office at 512-670-1400 to make your reservation.  The clubhouse and pavilion can be rented up to 3 months in advance ( to the date), so please plan accordingly. Please have at least 3 dates in mind that will work for your party, should your first choice be booked already. There will be certain dates unavailable for private rentals due to Falcon Pointe Community Events.  Facility Reservation forms are available at the HOA office, or here under the Homeowners Association documents tab. The form is at the bottom.
 
One of the street lights is out near my home, who should I report this to?

How often do the community lawn maintenance people tend to the common area grass?  Seems like some area are well tended while other areas are neglected.
During the growing season (spring/summer) months, most of the Associations common areas are maintained on a weekly basis. Some non-irrigated areas may be maintained on a monthly basis.  In the off season (fall/winter) months, the common areas are maintained on a bi-weekly schedule.
 
My neighbor has a dog that is a real nuisance.  Where do I start to get this problem looked at?

How can I get on one of the committees that plans all the parties and events for the community?
We'd love to have you join a committee! The Activities Committee Meeting is on the Second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Residents' Club.  If you would prefer to just email the Event Coordinator Director with your ideas, please feel free to do so at FalconPointeOffice@Goodwintx.com
