Community Activities

  • Please note:  Our office will be closed July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day.
  • Free Bowling Passes: We have a new supply of free bowling passes to Spare Time. This is the last batch so stop by the office to pick one up before they run out.
  • Hungry Sunday: Point of Grace Church has asked the Falcon Pointe community to partner with them in providing food for the local Storehouse Food Pantry. On Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 pm and Saturday, June 24th at 9:30 am, they will be out in the Falcon Pointe North section of the community distributing grocery bags for residents to fill and leave out for collection on Sunday, June 25th after 12:00 pm. For residents who live in other sections of Falcon Pointe, there is a collection box at the Falcon Pointe clubhouse. For more information about how you can be a part of "Hungry Sunday", visit their website at www.pog.church/eventsList of food items requested by the Storehouse Food Pantry: peanut butter, jelly, beans, rice, pasta, tomato products, fruit juice, crackers, cookies, boxed dinner, cereal, soup (pop-top cans), canned fruit, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
  • Dive In Movies at dusk: June 28th - The Lego Batman Movie (rated PG), July 12th - Sing (rated PG), July 26th - Trolls (rated PG). Cool off in the pool while watching your favorite movies with your friends and neighbors! Kona Ice will be stopping by from 8-9pm so bring $3 if you'd like a yummy treat.
  • Wine Club: July 5th at 7pm Join your neighbors for a relaxing and fun evening at the Clubhouse. 21+ event. Please bring a bottle of wine and a snack to share.
  • Luau: July 15th 6-9pm Tickets on sale Monday, 6/26. $10 per person includes the show of fire dancers and hula dancers, games, drinks, and your choice of fajitas or pizza. Call or stop by the clubhouse to reserve your tickets. Checks only please.
  • Pint Night: July 20th 7pm Join your neighbors for the monthly Pint Night. Bring some beer and a snack to share. 21+ event
  • Yard of the Month: Want a chance to win a $50.00 Home Depot gift card? Send in a picture of your beautiful yard to us at falconpointemanager@goodwintx.com. You can nominate yourself or your neighbor for Yard of the Month. Contest runs June-September. 
  • Zumba: Join Stephanie and your neighbors for some Zumba fun. $5 drop in fee or you can purchase a punch card for a discounted rate. Find her on Facebook at Zumba Fitness with Steph Macias to see the most up to date schedule or contact her with any questions: 210-872-6069, stephmacias@yahoo.com.

 Community Reminders and Updates

  • Parking Lot Closure: The clubhouse parking lot is scheduled for the second round of seal coating Monday/Tuesday (6/26, 6/27) of next week. The parking lot will be closed off during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 
  • Please note:  Our office will be closed July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day.
  • Central Park Fountain: The fountain is being repaired again. Thanks for your understanding while it's off. 
  • Modification request fees: Effective June 1st, there is a cost of $25 for the following: solar panels, sunrooms, patios/patio enclosures, pools, gazebos, pergolas, decks, outdoor kitchens, and room additions. All other modification requests will be free of charge. Click here for the new form (can also be found at www.lifeatfalconpointe.com).
  • Inspections: The most common inspection violations are: parking (no boats/trailers/commercial vehicles stored in visible sight), yard maintenance (mow, trim, edge, weed), and trash bins (must be stored out of sight from front and side). If you are going be parking a boat or RV to clean/load it for 24 hours, or if you are leaving your trash can out to get a new one from the city, please call us at the office 512-670-1400 so we can notify the inspector.
  • Reminders for the Pool
    • Appropriate attire must be worn at all times when using the pool facility. No tee backs (thongs), cutoffs or street clothes allowed. 
    • The pool will be swim at your own risk every day this swim season; no lifeguards on duty.  We will continue to have a weekend gate monitor Memorial Day-Labor Day. 
    • Please remember, "No key, No entry." Every resident over 13 years of age must have a photo ID and a keycard to get in (unless they are with a parent). You must be 18 or over to bring a guest to the pool.
    • "When Thunder Roars, Go Indoors." Where there is thunder, there is lightning. When you hear thunder or see lightning, everyone must evacuate the pool and splash pad for at least 30 minutes. You can return to the pool once thirty minutes has elapsed since the last flash or thunder. 
    • If you're planning a party with more than 5 people, then you need to reserve the pavilion. We accept reservations 3 months in advance.  
    • Please do not hang on the lap line or play in the lap lane.  
    • Please wash off any sand from the volleyball courts before you hop in the pool.
    • No alcohol or glass bottles allowed at the pool.
  • Street Light Outage - To report an outage, go to www.lifeatfalconpointe.com  and simply click the tab, General Information and you'll see "Helpful Local Websites". Click here for a quick link to get you there.
  • Resident's Directory - Looking for services in the area or do you have a business you'd like to promote? Check out the Resident's Directory at our website to enroll your company and/or see what is offered by your neighbors. 
  • Do you own or manage a local business? - Think about being a Falcon Pointe Community Sponsor. The fee is nominal, we'll put you on our website and we'll mention your business to every new homeowner during their orientation. Call the office for details. 
  • Barking Dogs - Friendly reminder to be a good neighbor and keep your barking dogs inside as much as you can. Any complaints can be directed to the City of Pflugerville at 512-251-4004.
  • Falcon Pointe Community Association Curfew Policy - No persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are allowed in or on any Falcon Pointe Community Association, Inc. (the “Association”) Common Areas, including all community recreational and non-recreational facilities and common ground, between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am. This means anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from being in or on the following Common Areas during such hours: a)       Falcon Pointe Residents Club (including, but not limited to): the Clubhouse, the 3 Pools, the Fitness Center, the Tennis Courts, the Volley Ball Courts, the Basketball Courts, the Soccer/sport practice Fields. b) All Community Association Pavilions and its Picnic Areas. c) Any other Common Area property owned by the Association which is maintained and operated for residents and guests of the Falcon Pointe Community. Law enforcement will be patrolling the Falcon Pointe Community to ensure that this Curfew Policy is STICTLY ENFORCED.

  • Farmers Market: Tuesday 3-7pm at the Green Red Barn 901 Old Austin Hutto Road. The summer shopping season opens with pfresh produce, breads, meats, some craft items. Weekly through October 31st.

  • Pfirecracker Pfestival at The Pfield: July 4th The annual pfireworks show is held at The Pfield for 2017. Join Mayor Victor Gonzales and the city of Pflugerville in celebrating Independence Day. The stadium opens at 5 p.m. and live music begins at 6 p.m. with The BlueBonnets followed by SkyRocket. Admission is free. A clear bag policy is in effect for the stadium. Fireworks begin at dark.   • Blues on the Green is a series of free summertime concerts hosted by local radio station KGSR Radio Austin. Held at Zilker Park once a week, the free concerts feature performances by popular local bands. The audience is invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets, pack a picnic and bring the whole family out for a unique musical experience. Details here. 
  • Pflugerville Trails - The weather is gorgeous for checking out all the hike and bike trails in Pflugerville. Click here for a map of more than 40 miles of trails!

Sounds like everyone had a great time at the Round Rock Express Falcon Pointe Night this past weekend. If you haven't checked them out already, you can view the photos here.
Tickets for our Luau 7/15 go on sale Monday, 6/26. It sells out fast so be sure to call or come by to reserve your spot! 

Please help us keep the pool clean by making sure all the trash is thrown in the garbage before you leave. Also, if there is an incident in the restrooms over the weekend, please notify the gate monitor or call the # in the kiosk by the clubhouse doors.
