Questions and concerns regarding day to day maintenance issues, deed restrictions, and amenities should be submitted in writing to:
New Homeowner Orientation /Access Cards and Identification Cards
Amenity Access cards are issued to Falcon Pointe residents. To get an Amenity Access card and your ID cards, you must first have a New Homeowner Orientation. To schedule a New Homeowner Orientation, please make an appointment by calling 512-670-1400. We cannot accomodate walk-ins for orientations, so be sure to call ahead to schedule.
Tenants must have the HOMEOWNER fill out the Tenant Registration Form before the Tenant can schedule a New Homeowner Orientation. You can find the Tenant Registration Form by clicking here or you can pick it up at the clubhouse.
The Homeowners Association is repsonsible for the consistency of individual residential property aesthetics within the community, as governed by the adopted by-laws. Services provided include:
HOA Documents- You must log in first, as all documents have proprietary information.
Each Modification Request Form must be reviewed by the Architechtural Committee. Per the Deed Restrictions, the Committee has 60 days within which to issue a response to the application. You can feel free to drop the Modification Request Form off at the HOA office/Residents' Club.
