Photo Identification Cards
Falcon Pointe residents must have Photo Identification Cards in addition to their current access cards to enter many of the community amenities.
The ID card assists the HOA staff, gate monitors, security guards and law enforcement in managing the Falcon Pointe resident-only facilities, along with the Curfew Policy. The Curfew Policy states in part that: "No persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are allowed in or on Falcon Pointe Community Association, Inc. common areas, including all community recreational and non-recreational facilities and common ground between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am.
Residents 13 and older must have their card with them in order to access HOA Common Areas, including but not limited to pools, fitness center and Residents' Club.
Two types of ID cards are issued: Adults and Minors (under the age of 21). Initial cards are free. Replacement cards are $25.00.
To obtain your Photo Identification Card, please visit the Residents' Club, located at 19015 Falcon Pointe Blvd, during regular business hours.
The following will be required to obtain your card:
- Current driver's license or photo id card
- Complete Copy of the Photo Id Form
- Tenants Only: proof or residency document, such as utility bill with your name and the property address, copy of your current lease, or a current driver's license with the property address.
Each resident 13 and older must be present to obtain a card.
