Beginning, January 1, 2020, monthly assessments are $64.00 and are due by the first (1st) day of each month. Fines and any other charges are due within thirty (30) days of the date billed. If payments are not received within ten (10) days after the due date, a late fee of $25.00 shall be imposed to compensate for the Association’s administrative and processing costs of late payments.
Payment coupons are issued to all residents of record that are not registered on auto pay, approximately mid-December, each year, they should be received. Note that a payment coupon is not necessary for submitting a payment, and serves as the reminder that payments are due monthly. If you did not receive a coupon booklet but would like to have one, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 855-289-6007.
Membership in the Association is mandatory pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Declaration. A homeowner is obligated to pay the Assessments to the Association even if the homeowner does not use the Association’s amenities.
Automatic draft and online payments can be made on the following website or Townsq app:
Townsq can be accessed online through, www.TownSq.io or the TownSq app on your smart device. If you choose to setup autopay through TownSq, you will need to discontinue the autopay currently setup through AAB (Alliance) autopay. The AAB autopay can be deleted by logging into the payment account (www.goodwintx.com/payonline) and selecting the "delete" icon.

Unit Property #: This is your HOA account # that can be found on your monthly statement or you can call the HOA office.
If you are already registered with auto debit/recurring draft, through Alliance (Goodwin website), you still have to update your monthly assessment payments to reflect, $64.00/month. Townsq is another payment option and we've been advised Alliance bank will be phased out at some point in 2020. We encourage you to set up bill pay through your bank or recurring debit through Townsq, to get ahead of the curve.

Checks and/or money orders are not posted by the management office, you must mail in your assessment check to the payment processing center. That is the same process we would follow if you came in the office with your payment.
