Effective 1/1/17, assessments are $62.00 and are due by the first (1st) day of each month. Fines and any other charges are due within thirty (30) days of the date billed. If payments are not received within ten (10) days after the due date, a late fee of $ 25.00 shall be imposed to compensate for the Association’s administrative and processing costs of late payments.
Payment coupons are issued to all residents of record approximately mid-December each year. Residents who do not receive their coupons are responsible for contacting the Management Company prior to the first due date to request a replacement set.
Membership in the Association is mandatory pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Declaration. A homeowner is obligated to pay the Assessments to the Association even if the homeowner does not use the Association’s amenities.

2. Payment by credit card, eCheck, or automatic draft (ACH) – Follow this link http://fpc.goodwintx.com/ to login to your account in order to setup automatic draft (ACH), make a one-time online payment, or setup a recurring online payment.
In order to log in, you will need your account number and web password, which can be accessed by referencing a current statement of your account or by contacting the on-site office at 512-670-1400 or FalconPointeOffice@Goodwintx.com.
Once logged in, select the "e-Payment" tab. In order to sign up for ACH, select the green "+" icon. In order to pay via e-Check or credit card, select the appropriate icon.
In order to make online payments more convenient for homeowners, the HOA has changed the fee structure with the credit card vendor. Online payments through the HOA website will no longer carry a service fee to the payer. All service fees will be absorbed by the HOA.
