Assessments are $62.00 and are due by the first (1st) day of each month. Fines and any other charges are due within thirty (30) days of the date billed. If payments are not received within ten (10) days after the due date, a late fee of $ 25.00 shall be imposed to compensate for the Association’s administrative and processing costs of late payments.
Payment coupons are issued to all residents of record approximately mid-December each year. Residents who do not receive their coupons are responsible for contacting the Management Company prior to the first due date to request a replacement set.
Membership in the Association is mandatory pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Declaration. A homeowner is obligated to pay the Assessments to the Association even if the homeowner does not use the Association’s amenities.
Effective January 1st, 2018, Goodwin Management will be using Paylease.com for any automatic payments. You can go to www.goodwintx.com/payonline to set up your automatic payments.

Management Company ID: 6587
Association ID: AFPC
Unit Property #: This is your HOA account # that can be found on your monthly statement or you can call the HOA office.

Please keep in mind if you call the clubhouse office, we are able to provide your account #, but we are not able to assist with any other payment questions. Also, if you pay your HOA dues using a credit card, there will be a small processing fee.
